Koa Hale rate, policy and contact information

Rates:
Nightly rate is 428.57 with a 5 night minimum, The 7 night weekly rate is 3,000.00, holidays included. For stays longer than 7 nights please inquire or we have a off-season monthly rate of 9,000.00, May, June and September. All rates are subject to 11.42% State of Hawaii tax, we require a 500.00 refundable security deposit and the departing housekeeping fee is 250.00.

Air-Conditioning:
This is a new addition to the house as of July 07, new, super quiet Mitsubishi remote controlled air-conditioning, each room has it's own unit so you can adjust to individual comfort levels. Each room has it's own remote so each person can set a timer, fan speed, temperature control to suit. Use of AC is a 25.00 per day fee to help off set our really expensive utility fees with Hawaiian Electric. Figure that use of the AC for a week is about as much as a dinner out.

Policies:
We require 25% of the total amount within 7-10 days after booking to confirm. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must also me done by 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. If a cancellation is made after that date, we will not be able to refund the deposit unless it is re-booked

We offer two ways to make payments for bookings. You may send a check directly to and payable to Campos Rental Company or pay via credit card, please call our manager Lori Bauer to process.
